Our charge of service is quite flexible. There are two ways usually we charge. First, we charge our customers commission according to the total purchased amount. Second, we directly quote the FOB price to our customers, which includes our service cost. The first charge method is usually chosen for the customers, who visit India and buy a lot of products with big amount. The second charge method is usually chosen by the customers, who are not coming to India. We are their suppliers. Of course, it is not absolute, we are flexible to satisfy our customers.
Usually, our service includes all processes for an international buyer. It could be customized according to the requirements of our customers. Higher service requirements are surely caused to high charge. That is why we like the customers with high service requirements.
Our commission is not fixed, but flexible. It depends on the requirements of customers on service. We try our best to make service worthy every penny. The commission usually is from 5% – 10%. Please talk details with us, then we figure it out together.
